Maintain cleaning equipment.
Recognize and report equipment problems/malfunctions/defects, etc.
Basic Housekeeping Skills - 900 req. hrs
Clean resilient and hard surface floors, such as: vinyl, ceramic, quarry tile, and terrazzo.
Clean carpets, using proper method dependent on fiber types.
Clean fiberglass and porcelain in bathrooms.
Clean walls with different finishes: painted, papered, paneled.
Clean ceilings of various types: painted, textured, wood.
Clean windows: draperies, shades, glass, blinds, and fixtures.
Clean furniture with methods appropriate to finish: fabric, vinyl, etc.
Clean kitchens/kitchenettes, etc.
Clean office space.
Stage room(s)/spaces for occupants.
Inventory and Supplies - 50 req. hrs
Manage and maintain cleaning supplies: order, receive, issue, control, store, and cost items.
