Intro to Business
Covers fundamentals of the economy, careers and opportunities, marketing, management, production, governmental regulations, tools of business and social responsibilities.
Real Estate Brokers I
Enables the student to meet the educational requirements of the Colorado Real Estate Commission for a Colorado Real Estate Brokers` license. This course includes Real Estate Law and Practice, practical applications, and Current Legal Issues.
Real Estate Brokers II
Enables the student to meet the educational requirements of the Colorado Real Estate Commission for a Colorado Real Estate Brokers` license. This course includes Colorado Contracts and Regulations, Closings, and Recordkeeping and Trust Accounts.
